14 cm, serrated jaws

The instrument that grips and drives the needle. Learning to lock and release it smoothly is the single biggest step in suturing technique.

Adson Toothed Forceps

12 cm, 1×2 teeth

Holds and everts the skin edge while you pass the needle — the toothed tip grips skin without crushing it.

Suture Scissors

Straight

Suture scissors cut the thread cleanly at the knot; iris scissors handle fine tissue work and trimming.

Silicone Suture Practice Pad

3-layer skin simulation

Three layers — epidermis, dermis and fat — with pre-cut wounds, so the needle passes through resistance that feels like real skin.
